At DD GAARDEN DRIFT AS, we want to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you have the right to return your items within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with Norwegian consumer law.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal:

Once we receive your notice of withdrawal, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the items.

Conditions for Returns:

• The items must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

• You must retain the original receipt or order confirmation to validate your return.

• Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., sealed goods, perishable items, etc.). Please check the product details before making a return.

Return Shipping:

• Return costs: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

• Shipping method: Please return the items via a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

• Refund Process: Once we receive the returned items, we will process your refund. This will be done using the same payment method you used for the original order.

Refunds:

• After we receive the returned product, we will issue a full refund within 14 days to the original payment method.

• Please note that the refund may take additional time to appear on your account depending on your payment provider.

Exemptions:

Some products may not be eligible for return, including:

• Items that have been opened or used (unless defective).

• Products that are sealed for health and hygiene reasons (such as beauty and personal care items).

• If you received a defective item or an incorrect order, please contact us immediately. We will cover all return shipping costs for such cases.
