1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

At DD GAARDEN DRIFT AS, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days from the day you receive your order, in accordance with Norwegian consumer law.

2. How to Return an Item

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

3. Returnable Items

In order to be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation.

Note: Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., sealed goods, perishable products, etc.). If in doubt, please contact us before initiating a return.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund:
