Delivery Information
At DD GAARDEN DRIFT AS, we want to make sure your order arrives as quickly and conveniently as possible. Please read the following information to understand our available shipping options and delivery times.
1. Shipping Methods
We currently offer the following shipping options:

Express Shipping: NOK 85
This is the fastest shipping method, and your order will typically arrive within 1–2 business days. -
Pickup:
You can also choose to pick up your order directly from our location. Please select the Pickup option at checkout, and we will notify you when your order is ready for collection.
Note: We do not offer standard shipping at this time. The available shipping method is Express Shipping for quick delivery or Pickup at our store.
2. Shipping Fees

Express Shipping: NOK 85
This charge applies to all domestic orders. The cost of express delivery will be calculated automatically at checkout. -
Pickup: Free of charge. You can pick up your order directly from our store at Store Elvegate 57, 4517 Mandal, Norway.
3. Delivery Times

Express Shipping:
Orders placed with Express Shipping will typically arrive within 1–2 business days for domestic deliveries. -
Pickup:
If you select Pickup, we will notify you when your order is ready for collection. Pickup times are available during business hours:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Orders will generally be ready within 1–2 business days after your order has been placed.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped via Express Shipping, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to follow the progress of your shipment.
For Pickup orders, you will receive a notification email when your order is ready to be collected. No tracking number will be provided for pickup orders.
5. Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. If you choose Express Shipping, we will deliver to the address you provide. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Missing or Damaged Items
If your order arrives with missing items or damage, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue:
